MEET OUR TEAM
Jenna Tumberger
Founder
Born and raised in Arlington Heights, Illinois, Jenna was brought up in a household that valued hard work, kindness & philanthropy.
Jenna received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies & Religion from Augustana College and spent her early career years in eComm merchandising and social media marketing. Switching gears, she then moved into the Information Technology field and has spent the past 10 years in a Customer Success role.
Jenna is a mother by domestic adoption to her son Christopher and a ‘Bonus Mom’ to Dan’s 18 year old biological son Mason.
At the start of Jenna & Dan’s adoption journey, Jenna went on the hunt for baby book specifically for adoptees. Open adoption verbiage and mention of birth parents was important to have in this keepsake book as well. Nothing fit the bill, so with a background in digital marketing/graphic design work, she decided to create her own. That was when My Lifebook: An Adoption Story came to life and is now legally registered copyrighted material.
Jenna has been:
- a Special Guest on Episode 37 of The DM Show: DeLancy & Melaina – Adoptees Who Love Adoption Podcast
- a “Spotlight” speaker on several occasians for Tiny Hearts Collective adoption consultants.
- featured on various social media platforms by The Little Knit Home Co, Little Ampersand Co., Our Chosen Child, Adoption.com, Saving Grace Adoption Services, Evermore Adoption Consultants & social media influencer @hellobrooklynn.
